Oil Seals

Oil Seals are widely known as fluid or dirt seals which is used in the closed confines to ensure the lubricant transfer doesn't leak. They are used in automobile, manufacturing industries and oil refineries.
Oil Seals have a flexible lip that rubs against a shaft or housing to prevent the leakage or contamination of fluids and debris. For proper installation, the seal lip should point towards the lubrication being contained. Some oil seals have a spring to help keep the lip in contact with the shaft.

Oil Seals Features

  • Lightweight, compact, and energy-saving
  • High sealing performance by optimum lip design
  • Low heat generation and long service life by highly self-lubricating rubber materials
  • High sealing performance and long service life by hydrodynamic ribs (Perfect Seal, Helix Seal, Super HelixSeal)

Oil Seals

Oil Seals offer high sealing performance, while being compact with reduced seal width. They help reduction of machine weight, size, and resource con-sumption.
The sealing lip has special spiral threads (hydrody-namic ribs) in one or two directions, which drastically improved sealing performance and service life.
